How credits and plans work
- Videos: the counts above are videos of 5 seconds, 9 credits each. 8 seconds cost 15 credits, 10 seconds 18, 15 seconds 27. A long or busy wish can add 1 or 2 credits. The price is always on the button before you create.
- Pictures: a batch of four pictures costs 4 credits.
- Free plan: your credits go back up to 15 at the start of every month.
- Buying a plan: adds its credits to your balance and gives you 30 days. Buy it again at any time to add the credits again and 30 more days.
- Upgrading: the bigger plan starts right away with its full credits, and you keep the credits you have. Days left on your old plan are added to the new one at the same value.
- Your credits stay: unused credits remain in your account, even after your plan ends.
- Credit packs: for paid plans. Bigger plans get more credits per pack, and your plan stays the same.
- Out of credits: choose a plan, buy yours again, or add a credit pack.
- Storage full or too many sessions: delete old sessions or move to a bigger plan.
- A video missed the mark: ask for a credit review to get its credits back, up to a daily limit.
- Refunds: if a video fails on our side, its credits come back automatically. Our Refund Policy explains when we refund money.
