Content Policy
What ages can characters be?
Every character is a grown adult (18 or older) who clearly looks it. Nothing underage or young-looking, ever. Our Safety Guidelines list the few things we don’t make.
Can I bring my own character?
Yes. You can upload made-up or digital characters that you own or may use. If a photo shows a real person, they must be an adult who clearly agreed to this AI use. Real people never appear without their consent.
Is what I make on ForgeScene AI-generated?
Yes. Every image and video made or changed on ForgeScene is AI-generated. Keep any AI label we add, and say it’s AI-made when the law or the site you share it on asks for that.
What content is allowed on ForgeScene?
ForgeScene is made for adults (18+) to explore their fantasies. Apart from a short list of 14 things we don’t make, which you agree to once before your first session, it’s up to you. See our Safety Guidelines for the full list.
What happens if something breaks the rules?
We may remove content, or limit or close an account, as our Terms of Service explain. We always tell you what we did and why, and you can ask us to look again.
Can I ask you to look at a decision again?
Yes. Contact Support or reply to our email, and a person on our team will take another look.
Account
How do I create an account?
Tap “Sign up” (or “Create your first video free” on the homepage), then continue with Google or Discord, or enter your email and use the one-time code we send. No password is required. You must be 18 or older.
How do I verify my email?
Signing up with Google or Discord, or with the code we email you, already confirms your email. There is nothing else to do, and you’re ready to make videos and images. Our emails are always discreet and neutral. We never mention anything adult-related, and we won’t spam you.
Can I add an extra sign-in step?
Yes. In Settings, turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. It’s a quick way to keep your account yours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and choose Delete account. We email you a link to confirm. Your account and content are removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Billing & Subscriptions
What plans are available?
We offer five plans: Free, Lite, Starter, Creator, and Pro Plus. Each paid plan gives you its credits and 30 days. Prices, credits and limits are on the Pricing page.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
They stay in your account, even after your plan ends. Buying a plan again adds its credits on top of what you have.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. While a paid plan is active you can buy credit packs. Bigger plans get more credits per pack.
How do I pay?
You pay once with crypto, in the coin you choose. Pick a plan on the Pricing page, choose your coin, and follow the payment page. Where the payment window offers it, you can also pay with Telegram Stars. Your credits arrive as soon as the payment is confirmed. Paying once is the default, so nothing renews unless you choose it.
Can I cancel my subscription?
A plan you pay once has nothing to cancel: it runs for the 30 days you paid for, and you buy again only if you want to. If you chose “Renew every 30 days” with Telegram Stars, tap “Stop renewing” on your Account page, or stop it in Telegram, at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the 30 days already paid, and nothing more is taken. If you are in the EU or UK, see “Your 14-day right to cancel” in our Refund Policy.
What is the refund policy?
See our Refund Policy. If a video misses the mark, ask for a credit review. If a video fails on our side, its credits come back automatically. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.
What appears during payment?
What you see while paying (the name on your statement, any ID check, the ways to pay) depends on the payment option you pick. With Telegram Stars or crypto, your statement never says ForgeScene. A plan renews only if you choose “Renew every 30 days” when you pay with Telegram Stars.
Safety & Moderation
How is content moderated?
We check uploads and created content with automated tools, and people review some of them. Automated tools can block content before it is stored.
How do I report content or a user?
Use the public content-removal form. You don’t need an account. If your photo or likeness was misused, describe what you saw even if you have no link. We act on these reports within 48 hours. Reports about child safety can be made without giving your name.
Using ForgeScene
What are sessions?
A session is where you make and continue a video. It keeps your descriptions, images and videos together. How many sessions you can have open depends on your plan.
What does each video or image cost?
A 5-second video costs 9 credits, 8 seconds 15, 10 seconds 18, and 15 seconds 27. Continuing a video costs 8 credits for 5 seconds and 13 for 8 seconds. A long or busy wish can add 1 or 2 credits. A batch of 4 pictures costs 4 credits. The price is always on the button, next to your balance, before you create.
Why does my starting character image matter?
A photo is optional. If you add one, your video starts from it. A clear, sharp photo of your character (well lit, face easy to see) gives the best result. Blurry or heavily filtered photos make it harder for the video to look like your character.
Do paid plans make better videos?
No. Every plan’s videos are made the same way, at the same quality. A bigger plan gives you more credits, more sessions and more storage. For your starting photo, see “Why does my starting character image matter?” above.
How long is my content stored?
How long we keep your sessions depends on your plan: on the Free plan, a session you don’t use for 7 days (no new videos or changes) is deleted, and we let you know a day before under the bell at the top of the page (by email too if you turn emails on in Settings). Pinned sessions are kept. On a paid plan, sessions are kept while the plan is active. When a plan ends, the Free rule applies, with the same notice first. Deleted content is removed from our storage for good.
